Excellent! I take it because of the xylitol in the composition. The benefits of xylitol are impressive: it inhibits bacterial growth and reduces the risk of tooth decay. It also has a positive effect on the gums, reducing plaque and the risk of inflammation. The taste is pleasant, and I no longer use other pastes.

Effective against cavities
Great Xylitol Toothpaste! It has a pleasant mint flavour, and I appreciate that it inhibits bacterial growth, reducing cavities. It has a positive effect on my gums, moisturising them and decreasing plaque. Also, the antifungal effect is noteworthy; it's helped tackle my Candida albicans infection significantly.
